BASIC
1. This lucky draw [Event] can be joined by Akina’s fans of any country.
2. The Event is FREE with no fee charged at any point of the Event.
3. Prize of the Event is ONE ticket [Ticket] of evening show of Akina Nakamori Christmas Dinner Show 2025 at Tokyo [Show].
4. Date of the Ticket is 2025 Dec 24 [Show Date], seat number or seat position of the Ticket will not be available before the Show Date.
5. Either members or non-members of Akina’s Official Fanclub: ALDEA can join the Event, while the members will have a higher chance to win. The winning ratio (Weight) of members to non-members is 3:1.
6. The Ticket is donated by a fans of Hong Kong [Donor].
7. The Donor is not a member of the team of divaakina.com [Team].
8. No member of the Team will join as a participant of the Event.
9. The Team is only a voluntary middleman to assist the execution of the Event. The Team has no authority to control the Donor to perform or not to perform any action.
10. The personal data collected in the Event [Personal Data] will not be used for any other purposes, disclosed or transferred. The Team will destroy all Personal Data before 2025 Dec 31.
ENROLMENT
11. Participants of the Event [Participants] have to fill in and submit the enrolment form [Form] before 9pm on Nov 23 (Sunday) (Hong Kong Time) [Enrolment Deadline].

12. Submission of the Form indicates that the Participant agrees to all terms of this Terms & Condition [T&C].
13. Any mandatory information of the Form not submitted or only submitted partially to the Team before the Enrolment Deadline, or inaccurate information submitted in the Form will lead to disqualification of the Participant in the Event.
14. Multiple submissions of Form by Participant with same name or passport number will only be counted as 1 entry, and will not increase the opportunity of the Participant to win.
15. Email address that the Participant filled in the Form will be uploaded to the page of the Event at an online lucky draw platform [Platform] at 12pm on Nov 24 (Monday) (Hong Kong Time) [Upload Deadline]. Participants can visit the Platform to verify whether his / her email address is uploaded (at the field indicated by the red arrow in the below image).

16. If a Participant cannot find his / her email address uploaded at the Platform, please contact the Team at info@divaakina.com before 9pm on Nov 24 (Monday) (Hong Kong Time) [Inquiry Time]. No inquiry about the enrolment will be entertained since then.
RESULT ANNOUNCEMENT
17. The result of the Event [Result] will be announced at www.divaakina.com [DA Website] at 12pm on Nov 25 (Tuesday) (Hong Kong Time) [Announcement Time].
18. The Team will contact the winner of the Event [Winner] about the Result within 2 hours from Announcement Time.
19. Participants can also see the Result at the Platform.
20. Participants can refer to the information page of the Platform about its mechanism to run a fair and unbiased lucky draw.
21. The Team has no control on the operation or accuracy of the Platform.
DEADLINE FOR WINNER TO SUBMIT PROOF
22. To maintain the status as a winner, the Winner needs to provide the below document proof:
(1) PAID reservation of air ticket to Japan with: family name of the Winner, first 4 alphanumeric characters of his / her passport number, and flight arrival time at or before 12pm on 2025 Dec 24 and departure date on or after Dec 25 (Japan time); AND
(2) (Only applicable to Winner who declared as a member of ALDEA fanclub) Screen capture of Member Certificate at My Page of Official Fanclub ALDEA website, it needs to show clearly the Membership Number & Expiration Date. Member name or the last 2 digits of Membership Number can be covered. [Proof].
23. The Winner has to provide the Proof to the Team within 120 hours / 5 days since the Announcement Time. [Proof Deadline].
24. The Team reserves the rights to the final decision on validity of the Proof.
25. If the Proof is invalid, incomplete, or submitted after the Proof Deadline, the Winner will lose the winning status and the Prize will return for the replacement round of lucky draw [Replacement Round].
REPLACEMENT ROUND
26. The Replacement Round, if triggered, will be performed within 24 hours after the Proof Deadline [Replacement Deadline], the new winner [Replacement Winner] will replace the previous winner as the Winner.
27. Announcement time of the result of Replacement Round [Replacement Result] is within 24 hours after the Replacement Deadline [Announcement Time]. The Team will contact the Replacement Winner about the Result within 2 hours from Announcement Time.
28. Participants can also see the Replacement Result at DA Website or the Platform.
29. The new Winner has to fulfill the requirements from Clause 22 to 25. If the new Winner fails to fulfill these requirements, another replacement round will be triggered.
HAND OVER OF PRIZE
30. After the Team received valid Proof before Proof Deadline, the tasks of the Team with the Winner is completed.
31. The Donor will contact the Winner directly for the details to hand over the Ticket. [Hand Over]
32. The Hand Over will take place on the Show Date, and is not allowed to take place earlier. (All tickets of Akina’s Dinner Show 2025 can only be printed since 2025 Nov 25, and the Donor will print the Ticket in Japan in late December.)
33. When the Winner meets the Donor, the Winner needs to indicate his or her valid passport to the Donor for identity verification [Identity Verification].
34. If the Winner indicated as a member of Akina’s Official Fanclub: ALDEA in the Form, he or she also needs to indicate the live web page of membership number under My Page of ALDEA using a mobile device for Identity Verification. A screen capture or photo is not acceptable.
35. The Winner has to follow the Donor to enter the performance room of the Ticket [Show Venue] on Show Date. The Winner can enjoy meal and the Show in the Show Venue via the Ticket.
36. The Donor will hand over the Ticket to the Winner immediately after the end of the Show at the Show Venue.
37. The Winner will not be able to enter the Show Venue or receive the Ticket from Donor if the Winner fails to complete the Identity Verification.
